Using the ISM band frequencies for data transmission achieves excellent transmission range and very good power consumption.

This BlueRobin module was developed for speed and distance measurement. It combines a high-quality acceleration sensor with a low power 2.4GHz transceiver IC.
The module can be worn on a shoe, on the hip or can even be integrated into a chest strap.
